Chef Angela Pasta presents Ginepro, a tasting menu of 11 courses to discover the sea. The tasting menu includes:
Seven appetizers:
2 Oysters per person
Tuna carpaccio, crispy apples and cream cheese.
Marinated amberjack cubes, carrot cream, camote and melon.
Carpaccio of swordfish, goat cheese and rocket, pomegranate reduction
Baby octopus in tempura
Redfish fillet with pink pepper
Razor clams au gratin with parsley cream
Two first courses:
Paccheri with tuna, asparagus and cherry tomatoes
Seafood fregula
The Second:
Mixed fried fish of the day
Dessert:
To end the evening on a sweet note, you can choose your favorite dessert from the menu (Seada, Tiramisu with various flavours, Cheescake)
